Just let us know.  We have the following cross-functional product teams currently, as Full Stack Engineer, we’ll be looking for you to join our Growth team: - **Core Experience** - addressing technical debt, smoothing our overall customer experiences and driving conversion - **Growth** - increasing our number of subscribers to the next level, through purchase on web, aggregators and other channels - **Retention** - creating features to engage and retain our users - **Internal Product** - building tools to support our colleagues in Customer Operations in dealing with an ever increasing number of customers - **Insurance Systems** - Optimising and enhancing our Insurance capabilities The stack you’ll be working with primarily consists of React, Redux (with Redux-Sagas) written in TypeScript. You must have a strong eye for detail, not shy away from building complex and challenging interfaces, and care deeply about producing work that precisely mirrors designs, as well as working within design system constraints ensuring consistency across our products and platform.  Additionally, be comfortable collaborating with designers to contribute to and expand our design systems. - Ability to work independently within a multidisciplinary team - 4+ years' commercial experience working on front-end systems at high-scale startups - Strong experience with React  - Strong experience with Node.js  - 3+ years' of commercial experience working on large JS based applications - A strong underlying knowledge of JavaScript and TypeScript - Deep knowledge of every level of the JS stack (from Browser APIs, to the JavaScript event loop) ## **Key Responsibilities** **You will be responsible for:** - Scoping, designing and implementing new features in collaboration with designers, product managers, and engineers - Providing constructive and actionable feedback on your peers’ work - Proactively identifying and solving problems in the product (both functional and technical) - Maintenance and functionality on Serverless Services - Web infrastructure changes and improvements - Making our products more accessible, secure and performant - Improving our continuous deployment processes - **You may also get involved in:** - On-boarding new joiners - Mentoring other members of the team - Shaping the Web engineering discipline’s medium- and long-term strategy - Backend infrastructure related tasks (deployments, configuration and setup ## **Skills Knowledge and Expertise** Essential: - React  - Node.js  - Microservices  Desired: - JavaScript  - TypeScript  - Redux  ## **Benefits** As well as a competitive salary (£68k - £82k , dependent on experience) and equity based remuneration, benefits of working at Cuvva include: - Combined Cuvva Allowance for Health, Well Being, Professional development & Work from Home - We're currently trialling a 4 day working week!
